Most commonly asked vendor questions:

Q: Do I have to pre-register?
A: NO, you can show up the day of and be just fine! OR you can pre-resister (which we recommend) especially if you want to reserve a space in a specific location.

Q: How much does a space cost?
A: $15 for non Heartside residents.

Q: Do I have to bring a table?
A: Only if you want one. Tables are not supplied; however, we had vendors who have set up on the ground.

Q: What time does set up begin?
A: 3:00 pm Sharp!  The event begins at 4 and runs until 9 PM.

Q: Where do I sign in?
A: The parking lot at 106 South Division.

Q: Where do I park my car?
A: Please temporarily park on the street to unload and then we will ask you to move your car onto Sheldon or into the RHD tire lot, a volunteer will assist you.

Q: Can I reserve a specific space for next time?
A: Yes, but you must pre-register; because it is first come first serve we will try to reserve space, but in the case we can not assign your first choice we will do our best to keep you in that same vicinity.

Q: Is there food?
A: We are always working on it. There is delivery available; we will give you the phone numbers when you register, and Foodsmith is located at the center of the Market.

Q: Are there restrooms available?
A: Yes, please use the restrooms in the DAAC or ask for a key at the info booth.

Q: Is there running water? Electricity?
A: This is not provided, HOWEVER, many of our local businesses do have exterior electrical outlets. If you ask and the business consents you can have access to electrical.
